金融数学专业介绍

金融数学这门学科是金融，数学及计算机三门学科的交叉学科，核心的学科逻辑是用数学建模的方式对于某些金融问题进行量化的求解，比如衍生品的定价问题，风险量化问题，资产配置等等。因为数学建模大部分时候需要计算机进行数值计算辅助，因此金融数学大多数情况下是这三门学科的交叉。

相应的金融工程、量化金融专业，也是金融数学的近义词，只是对于三个学科的侧重各有不同。

金融数学专业就业方向

金融数学对口就业基本可以分为三大类：量化交易（Quantitative Trading），资产管理（Asset Management），风险管理（Risk Management）。当然也有毕业以后从事咨询（Consulting），投行部（IBD），销售与交易（Sales&Trading）的，其他金融类职业也有少许。

金融数学就是一门将数理知识和计算机方法深入应用到金融行业的学科，也正因为如此，金融数学专业在招生时面向的对象极为广泛，相比于金融经济相关专业，它更青睐来自数学、计算机、软件等专业的同学，申请难度可窥一斑。

浩海建议
本科学习金融学、经济学等数理化程度较弱的专业的同学，如果研究生想转金融数学专业，最好在大一至大三多选修一些数学系和计算机系的课程，例如数学除了微积分、线性代数、概率论以外，最好再修一下随机过程和时间序列，计算机方面则至少修一门C语言、C++之类的编程课程，并且以百分制计最好能达到85分以上。网申时很多学校都会要求专门列举修过的数学、计算机课程及分数或等第。
实习经历是金融数学申请中非常重要的一块，好的实习经历甚至能弥补GPA等硬性条件的不足。不少背景和关系网强大的同学会在大三申请投行的暑期实习，能够拿到这种实习当然好，但毕竟机会有限。
